We at Richfield Flooring choose the products we sell very carefully. We will not fill our showroom with any and every flooring product out there, even if we know it would be financially good for our business to do so. We will only display and promote brands/products that we know are of the highest quality and good for our customers. We stand by our fitting work and by the products we sell so that means only the best will do.
We passionately and actively support British made flooring products and British suppliers, even more so if they are family based companies. More businesses in this country should! The majority of flooring brands on display in our showroom fit this criteria. We are also passionate about the environment and actively support flooring brands that support it also. We were one of the first showrooms to have on display a range of carpets that are soft, hardwearing and beautiful to touch and we love telling customers who are interested in this range that they are made from disregarded fishing nets that have been collected from the sea. When a customer makes a purchase from this range, wildlife, people and the planet all benefit.
We strive to make everyone feel very welcome at Richfield Flooring, coffee is on hand and soft drinks also. There is a very relaxed atmosphere here where you can stay for as long as you want, taking your time to look and feel all we have to offer. There is comfortable seating and a large table to lay out samples, we have iPad’s set up with games installed for the children. We love dogs at Richfield Flooring and they are more than welcome where they will find fresh water to drink and treats if they are allowed them.

We have free brochures for most of the flooring brands on display in our showroom for you to take away. We also have small samples of Amtico for you take away also. We on occasion allow the larger Amtico sample display boards to be taken away so you can see them in your own home or we can bring when we come to measure up.
All of our fitting work is carried out by our own experienced insured professional teams and all our work is fully guaranteed.

At Richfield Flooring, you get an honest product for an honest price, added with customer service that is second to none. We are very competitive with our pricing and our prices are often lower than that of our competitors. Whilst we are very competitive you will never ever see a “sale” sign in Richfield Flooring or the nonsense sale signs of 50% off plus an extra 20% off for this weekend only etc, etc. It’s all nonsense and just sales tactics by businesses that just want your money. These shops hike their prices up so they can discount them down to make you feel you are getting an excellent deal. We believe these shops are being deceitful and are cheating their customers by operating this way. There is also no such thing as free underlay or free fitting etc, this is just another gimmick as these costs will be hidden in the main sale somewhere.
A poppy isn’t just for Remembrance Day! We support the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal all year round and you will always find many poppy products to choose from in our showroom. So if you fancy wearing a poppy in June you can pop into our showroom and grab one from us.
